Children’s Mental Health Support
Dr. Rick Clark, PsyD, our on-site, licensed psychologist, provides consultation to our teachers on a regular basis regarding children’s developmental and emotional issues. He helps St. Francis Children’s Center staff create successful strategies and techniques for working with children with special needs in our programs.
Dr. Clark offers individual, family and/or group psychotherapy sessions and psychological evaluations. He also provides direct services to children from infancy to adolescence with:
- Autism spectrum disorders
- Mild to moderate learning disabilities
- Emotional or attention difficulties such as ADHD
- Anxiety disorders
- Low self-esteem
- Poor social interaction skills
In addition to St. Francis Children’s Center, Dr. Clark serves on the Associated Program Faculty at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and is Adjunct Faculty at both Marquette University and Cardinal Stritch University.
