Garden of Daisies Fundraiser

Daisies represent new beginnings, potential, and light. At St. Francis Children’s Center, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to bloom.

Gigi is one of our “daisies,” and her mom, Liz, is a teacher at SFCC.

Liz and Gigi are both beneficiaries of our new partnership with Next Door’s Early Head Start Child Care Program. Liz is a teacher in our Early Childhood Education program and now leads Bright Beginners, one of two new classrooms opened in 2025 through this partnership. Families participating in Early Head Start receive childcare support, specialized resources, and access to high-quality early learning opportunities during the most important years of development.

I love working with my infants and little ones. I get to witness them grow and blossom as they take their first steps, clap for the first time, and learn about their world.

Liz

Teacher, St. Francis Children's Center

At SFCC, children and families are supported by teachers, therapists, and service coordinators who help every child reach their greatest potential:

  • A toddler can learn to walk through pediatric therapy services.
  • A baby experiencing developmental delays can receive support from an occupational therapist in their home through Birth to 3 early interventions.
  • A child with autism and their siblings can attend free sensory-friendly family events.
  • A child with a disability can safely access their home with adaptive equipment.

Your support helps create an environment where every “daisy” can bloom and every child can thrive.

Please consider making a gift to St. Francis Children’s Center’s Garden of Daisies campaign. While your donation will be recognized with a daisy pinwheel in the Center’s front year, its true impact will be felt by more than 1,500 children and families we serve throughout the greater Milwaukee area.

Thank you for being part of our garden.
