Birth to Three

Milwaukee County’s Birth to Three Program at St. Francis Children’s Center is an early intervention program for infants and toddlers up to age three with developmental delays and disabilities and their families.

Services Include:

• Special education
• Speech, physical and occupational therapies
• Psychological therapy
• Family education, training and counseling
• Service coordination

Children can participate in our Birth to Three program in their homes or in other natural environments. 

When a child receives our Birth to Three services in the home or other community settings, our team of special education teachers, therapists and service coordinators will demonstrate how family members, caregivers and other people in the child’s life can take a proactive role in helping the child achieve his or her developmental goals.
