We have an excellent opportunity for a talented, nurturing individual to educate and nurture toddlers. This is a full-time, year-round position!
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills; a meticulous attention to detail; and a demonstrated ability to function effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Our teachers are required to write and implement daily instructional plans according to curricular objectives, formally assess children and conduct parent-teacher conferences. Conducting continual evaluation of student progress and communicating effectively with parents and/or guardians is vital to success in this role.
Our teachers supervise Classroom Assistants and are required to maintain all relevant certifications and licenses, as well as attend mandatory training, conferences and in-service meetings.
Previous supervisory, Early Childhood and Special Education teaching experience strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited school is required. DPI 808 or 809 Special Education is a plus!
